| Membership to the IAACD - Online Form |

Joining the IAACD is a very simple process. All that you have to do is to fill in the online form or download/print the form and fill it up and send it to the Head Office with a cheque of Rs 5,000/- drawn in favour of "IAACD". Within 15 days of receiving your application form you will recieve your IAACD docket which will include your membership certificate.
Send your cheque to "IAACD, A/8, My Mother CHS, R.C.Marg, Chembur, Mumbai 400074". |
